MEET DR. PRIYANKA!
Dr. Priyanka Patel
DDS
Dr. Priyanka Patel is a dedicated dentist committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate dental care to patients of all ages. She earned her dental degree from Columbia University in 2021 and began her professional career practicing dentistry in New York and Connecticut.
In 2025, Dr. Patel moved to Illinois and has since been proud to serve the local community in Energy, Illinois, helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles through personalized dental care.
Originally born and raised in Ahmedabad, India, Dr. Patel brings a diverse perspective and a patient-centered approach to her practice. In addition to her dental education, she earned a Master of Science in Clinical Research from New York University, further strengthening her commitment to evidence-based dentistry and lifelong learning.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Patel enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and watching documentaries. She also has a growing interest in Ayurvedic medicine and enjoys exploring ways to expand her knowledge of health and wellness.
Dr. Patel believes that excellent dentistry goes beyond treating teeth—it is about building trust, listening to patients, and creating a comfortable experience while helping each patient achieve optimal oral health.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Deanna’s favorite part about being a hygienist is getting to know her patients and helping them improve their smile. “The most exciting part of dentistry for me deals with aesthetics. Teeth whitening, all-porcelain crowns, veneers, and bonding can dramatically improve a person’s smile.” Deanna enjoys spending her free time with her family, caring for her pets, and enjoying the summer sun.
Jen
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jen’s outgoing personality is just what our patients need to feel comfortable and motivated to take care of their smile. “I’m a people person at heart so I naturally enjoy the time spent getting to know our patients and making them feel at home. It is great catching up with our patients at their recall visits while still providing a valuable service.” Most of Jen’s free time is spent with activities involving her three amazing daughters.
Nikki
Administrative Assistant
With her workplace near the welcoming window, Nikki is likely to be the first one who greets you as you enter our office. She enjoys being able to provide conveniences to our patients, such as the email and text communication system. “I always try to schedule appointments that are efficient and convenient for our patients’ personal schedules.” Nikki and her husband stay busy with their daughter and son. She loves being an active mom; whether she is coaching her daughter’s softball team, traveling to and from dance or gymnastics, or playing trucks and dinosaurs with her son.
Karen
Dental Assistant
Karen’s outgoing and talkative nature puts her patients at ease while visiting our office. One of her favorite things about dental assisting is being able to form relationships with patients of all ages. She says helping them feel comfortable with their smile is an added bonus! “I enjoy talking with and learning about each patient we see. Having dental work done can be nerve wracking sometimes, so I do my best to keep our patients calm and relaxed.” When she’s not at work, Karen can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 2 boys at baseball games, spending time with her mom or out shopping.
Amy Kamran Disfani

Registered Dental Hygienist
Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Southern Illinois University in May 2026. Dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care, she prioritizes patient comfort, comprehensive oral disease prevention, and individualized patient education to help every individual achieve a healthy, confident smile.
Outside the clinic, Amy is an avid traveler who loves exploring new destinations and going on adventures with her husband whenever she gets the chance.
Pamela Cagle
RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Pamela Cagle is a dedicated dental hygienist with more than 35 years of experience caring for patients and working alongside dental professionals throughout Southern Illinois. She graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1991 with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has built a long-standing career serving communities from Mount Vernon to Anna.
Pam takes pride in getting to know her patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for throughout their dental experience. Known for being a dependable team player and an excellent organizer, Pam brings experience, compassion, and a positive attitude to the dental team.
Outside of the office, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, baking, sewing, and exploring a variety of creative crafts. She values family, community, and the meaningful relationships she has built throughout her many years in dental hygiene.
Amelia Anderson
Dental Assistant
As a dedicated dental assistant, I enjoy getting to know my patients and helping them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their dental experience. I value building genuine relationships with patients and strive to create a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
I’m grateful to have a career that allows me to care for others while being part of a wonderful dental team. I take pride in working together with my colleagues to provide patients with compassionate, high-quality care.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and playing with my dogs. I also have a passion for horses and enjoy riding both recreationally and competitively. These activities keep me active, grounded, and connected to the things I love most.
